"Very good hotel. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and good location close to many central attractions. Downsides: walls are paper thin so noise from other guests can affect your stay. TV didn’t work, safe was broken and shower leaked so maintenance seems an issue."

"En cet automne 2026, à 76 ans, moi et ma conjointe avons fait une escapade européenne en Hollande, Belgique et Portugal. À Bruxelles, nous avons résidé en cet établissement localisé à deux minutes de marche de la station de métro De Brouckère et à moins de dix minutes à pied de la renommée Grande Place. Ne vous laissez pas déconcerter à votre arrivée par la devanture peu accueillante de cet Aparthotel Adagio Brussels... Une fois à l'intérieur, on y est en un bel établissement et vous apprécierez sans doute le boulevard Anspach où il se trouve. Le personnel à l'accueil et au sein de l'établissement était très courtois et aidant. Notre chambre était jolie avec une bonne fenestration, très propre, fonctionnelle avec une petite cuisine. Le très grand lit, son matelas et la literie étaient de première qualité. Nous avions vu sur la mail intérieur du centre d'achat et les lieux aont été d'une tranquillité remarquable La salle de bain et la toilette étaient dans des espaces séparés et très fonctionnelles. Il y avait la climatisation. Nos petits déjeuners étaient faits d'une belle variété et pris en une belle salle à manger Nous vous recommandons cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Bruxelles !"

"I was very surprised when I arrived to find this is a hostel as there is no indication in the description and I wouldn’t have booked had I known this was the case. It was clean and practical but not in the best area. We had to walk here at night from the train station and I didn’t feel particularly safe in this area as there were quite a few gangs hanging around. The room was very basic with no tea or coffee facilities and no remote control for the TV. Everything was clean but dated looking. The breakfast was very basic with not a lot to choose from. Staff were nice but I felt very out of place in a hostel where most of the clientele were large groups of young people."
