I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

Amazing place. Great location, fabulous food and the staff were so incredibly kind.

Absolutely beautiful property. I wish they had parking available but a lot is conveniently next door. Also wish we hadn’t been there during the preparation for Jazz Fest which blocked the view of the lake and promenade a bit but that was just our timing and certainly not the hotels fault.
