"Well to start out when we arrived the pool was closed , we arrived on a Thursday afternoon. The pool did open the next evening at 5pm so that was one good thing. However my stay was from Thursday -sunday morning during my stay the elevators were very sketchy even the fire Dept was called there. It would take long delays for doors to open finally osunday as we are leaving we find out the elevators were down and not working which ment I had to make 4 trips from the second floor to the front door just to load my car. Now as for house care I had my service sign out 2 separate days and did not receive any service didn't make it a big deal but is worth mentioning. There is no safes or telephones in rooms so if you need anything you have to walk down to the front desk"

"Room smelled strongly of soy sauce. Old food left in fridge. No bedding provided for the pull-out. When I visited the front desk for bedding, attendant handed me an unfolded bundle of sheets. When I asked for a pillow, she told me she didn’t have a pillow but could give me a pillow case. I wish I were kidding. "

"Not the best first impression. Caepet of Lobby was dirty. Front Desk person was pleasant but taking calls on cell phone, while checking in. Hallways a mess, room not very clean. Just nothing like what was pictured."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly but this was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were doors slamming, couples fighting in the parking lot outside our window, and people yelling in the lobby until about 4AM. Bring noise cancelling headphones if you decide to stay here."

"Breakfast at Embassy is always amazing and something to look forward to. The omelette station and workers were particularly great and friendly. The afternoon cocktail reception is also great and the bartender nice. I love that were able to bring our small dog, the location was convenient and parking free. The only area for improvement was the rooms need updating. The sofa bed could use a new firmer mattress. Otherwise all good."
