The main issues we had were that the place is pretty dated and could use some upkeep and renovations. In addition, there was a lot of dust, spider webs, and stained furniture and bedding. The owners should put a little elbow grease and TLC into the place. We did manage to enjoy ourselves and the elevator was extremely helpful. "

"We really loved the size and location of Casa Bella. It was close to the beach and shops in Duck. Unfortunately, the house was in need of a thorough cleaning. It lacked even the most basic of materials. No mop or broom for the outside areas. Keeping the floors clean was a battle. Many of the remotes to the TVs didn’t work or were missing. The space was great but it needs some TLC."

"Duck is our favorite town in OBX and this house in Four Seasons was absolutely perfect for our family of 12 adults and 3 young kids. Walking distance to the town and boardwalk and walking distance to the beach! House is gorgeous and well appointed with all you need. Great for a large group!"
