"The food was below standards for a tourist resort.The staff were not courteous. Only four people on staff were friendly and or inviting. Room supplies were limited. We had to keep calling for supplies for the bathroom. Hotel is in badly need of TLC. Structure of hotel needs an upgrade. All and all. It’s a nice hotel. It needs work and customer service training.
