"Booked hotel due to location and the nice indoor pool. Arrived to find the pool was closed with no notice. The breakfast buffet was very nice."

Sure, the room was great, as were the facilities snd the Hotel's location, but the engagement of the staff, plus their interest in our reasons for visiting Denmark, plus their interest in our daily activities was amazing.
