Great!
Great and beautiful place! You have everything you need and mire. Beautiful ocean view Reasonable price for the area. There isn’t somone in the reception, you take the key from a safe. But they did gave us their number for any questions.

Safari theme was lovely. Bathroom was smaller than expected and it would of been nice having more than 2 small tubes of shampoo/conditioner. Kids enjoyed the pool. We didn't have extra towels, so a few more extra in the room would had be handy too.

Property was as depicted in the website and the view is stunning. The living room had a very nice view onto the river and the bedroom onto the sea. The bathroom is very small and fittings old. The cost was not great value compared to other east coast accommodation we used.

The rooms are a little dated but spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location for day trips along the east coast

I liked the design. The shower taps are terribly hard to adjust. Step down from shower not good. Microwave on top of fridge not safe as very easy to pull off.

We’re going to take the camper down to the East Coast but the weather report for the week didn’t look too inviting so we decided to support local businesses and really enjoy our stay. Would recommend and stay at the accommodation again. Cheers Greg and Denise.

Great place
Great room, comfy bed, room had relatively new everything. The restaurant, food and staff were great.. The front of the place doesn’t look much but the back patios overlook a beautiful beach/rivermouth with a river walkway in a nature reserve, it’s amazing!! The views out to Maria Island in this area are as good as its gets.. I will be back..

We stayed in a beautifully presented 2br villa. Very clean. All crockery was matching with decor. Had a partial view of the water. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it

Scamander's best accommodation
Clean, comfortable, plenty of space. Kitchen facility well stocked with utensils. Easy parking. Comfy bed. Awesome shower. Can't fault this accommodation in any way. Plus, balcony and view.. only 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Great place to stay on the east coast of Tasmania! The villas were very clean and modern (with a state of the art rain shower head!), with everything you need to cook for the night. Check in was easy and quick. There is a great beach within walking distance and St Helens/Bay of Fires is just a short drive away. I have stayed in several different accommodations in St Helens and Scamander and this one is by far the best one!

Our room was very spacious & clean. It had a proper kitchen & cooking wear & a balcony with beach view. We wish we could stay there for a few more days. Only caveat is that we had to contact them in advance for checkins & we had to throw away our trash & wash dishes we used before checking out but it was all well communicated via emails & when we check in so it was not a big deal.
