"Fantastic breakfast, perfect location, fun vibe, beautiful pool area, an environment that encourages conversation with other guests. Room was spacious but needed a nightstand on either side of the bed. "

"I stay here for a few days every summer. The aesthetic is great, the rooms always clean and the staff friendly. Onsite parking and restaurant are also a plus."

"From the pleasant staff to the comfy cozy, clean atmosphere of the room, this resort is a definite “go to” experience while vacationing in the Berkshires. The resort attractions are a family fun filled adventures that are great to experience. Our favorite was the ski lift to the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenic view. This resort is clise to Mount Greylock and other attractions such as the Butterfly Conservatory. The only negative thing I can report is the lack of a door knob on one of the closets and the bathroom door knob handle was a little loose but other than that our unit was definitely worth the stay! "

Aurora was extremely helpful as well. 5 stat hotel in a great location with an awesome bar and restaurant. Hamburgers were off the chart. Thank you!!! We most definitely will be back!"
