Located in Savonnières, this charming 56 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with a classic coffee maker and Senseo machine, plus a cozy living room with fireplace and exposed beams. The home includes a bathroom, air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating throughout, TV, fan, and washing machine. A baby bed, high chair, changing mat, children’s toys, and books are also available.
Outside, relax in your private garden and on three uncovered private terraces with panoramic views of the Cher. A plancha grill lets you enjoy outdoor meals.
Parking is on the street, and a private, locked bike room is also suitable for motorcycles. Events are not permitted. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
This 1726 house is backed by troglodyte caves with a press area and benefits from the natural coolness of the neighboring caves. The two attic bedrooms are separated by a curtain, which may limit privacy for 4 adults; this home is ideal for a couple or a family with 2 children. Villandry Castle is 10 minutes away by bike path.
