From the moment I arrived, I knew this was not your average hotel — this was a destination experience. The property itself is breathtaking. Nestled in the lush jungle canopy above Manuel Antonio, the views are the kind that stop you mid-sentence. Every morning I woke up to the sounds of the rainforest, howler monkeys in the distance, and a sunrise that reminded me exactly why Costa Rica is called the "Rich Coast." The rooms are beautifully appointed, the grounds are immaculate, and the overall atmosphere strikes that rare perfect balance between luxury and pure nature. But what truly elevated this stay above anything I could have expected was one person — Jairo. Jairo is, without question, one of the finest hospitality professionals I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. From day one, he took the time to genuinely understand what I was looking for in my experience — not just as a guest, but as a person. He crafted a personalized itinerary tailored specifically to my interests, curated local recommendations I never would have discovered on my own, and checked in with me daily to make sure every detail exceeded expectations.
