Arenas Del Mar Beachfront & Rainforest Member of the Cayuga Collection
4.5 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (292)
"The resort was beautiful, quiet and clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You will see monkeys and sloths. The staff will point them out to you as well. Most of the community does speak English and do take dollars without difficulty. The restaurants on the resort are pricey, we tried Agua Azul close by and it was delicious and reasonable, Emil’s Cafe was also great but also a little more pricey. Taking a taxi to the local restaurants in Manuel Antonio is about $10 each...

"Beautiful property with some thoughtful considerations. Light dimming and personal concierge. Great view from balcony. Personally, I think some reconsiderations in some of their interior design would be nice. It of course, could be my personal taste. Staff is very friendly"

"The property is gorgeous! We had the standard deluxe room and it was great. No one above us and only one other room beside us, so quiet and serene. Monkeys ate from the mango tree every day on our balcony. Most importantly the bed is very comfortable and it has great pillows! Very private rooms situated throughout the property. The free breakfast had great choices and great food throughout the day. The only recommendation I have for the hotel is to replace the plastic glasses used in the...

"Tidy hotel with an excellent pool area and spectacular view. Breakfasts were also good. Negative Issues included too many bugs got into the room at night. Noisy room air conditioning.
