The DeSoto
Pool not open was closed the the 3.5 days that we were there Was told Maintenance was being done & it was unsafe to use very disappointed Concierge was very pleasant, helpful and informative.

The room description is very misleading. Some of the rooms have no window with a view of the outside world. It will overlook the inside elevator. I can’t imagine this is safe and also when morning comes you have no way of knowing.. no window for light to come in. Very claustrophobic and ...
