Although we went budget friendly for our short stay in Savannah this trip, the Staff was super friendly & maintenance was timely and extremely thorough with fixing plumbing upon our check in so we could leave and return from our event undisturbed as we requested .

The bed, pillows, everything in the room was perfect. The personal were very nice. There is a pool, but it was closed while we were there, but the area is very nice, even to just sit down. Loved the waffle station and the coffe.

The best thing about my visit to Quality Inn downtown Savannah was the amazing staff. Everyone was so incredible cordial and pleasant. Always with a smile and kind words. Britanny was fantastic. The evening front desk worker, I can't remember her name, super sweet and welcoming even at 10 PM. I appreciate customer service as my husband and I have our own little business. It means everything. Housekeeper was very sweet, hard working lady, as well! The price was right, A bit loud as it is on the main drag by the river. But great for a quick stopover. Bed was comfortable. Coffee was decent! :) Hope you are an early riser!!

The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see. Staff person Brittany was very helpful in directions, places to eat, etc. She went out of her way to help us. The patio was also very nice...my granddaughter especially enjoyed it.
