Very simple and comfortable. Good locations and walking distance from everything I wanted to do. Honestly, I have exactly zero complaints.

Cute place!
This place was everything we needed for our quick trip to Savannah. It was very clean upon arrival and had clear instructions on how to enter the building.
Everything is within walking distance to downtown and the river, and there is also the free DOT shuttle near by for the times we did not want to walk. We also rented a car to spend some time at the beach and there was always plenty of parking on the street at all times.
Like others mentioned, it does have a full size bed but that is advertised and the bed was actually very comfortable for the two of us.
I will stay here again and recommend to anyone else visiting the area.

Cute space
This room was on the 3rd floor, so if unable to climb stairs, not for you. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean. If staying in the middle of summer, may get warm being on the 3rd floor. Fans are available to supplement air floor.

Nice.... needs a Queen size bed!!
Location is great pretty much can walk anywhere in Savannah less than 30 minutes as a studio apartment that is rated for couples a double size bed is not suitable... it really needs to have a queen size bed also some real furniture that you can actually sit on and be comfortable... grocery store less than 10 minutes away... super clean ...plenty of towels, silverware coffee cups Etc...

Awesome location, clean and cute
We loved staying here for our weekend in Savannah. Perfect location in a walkable neighborhood. Very safe feeling and clean third flood apartment. We brought our own k-cups per other reviews and we found it had everything else we needed! Note: Vacasa gave us an incorrect front door code. It should be four numbers. I’d confirm this before arrival, as the response time when we needed assistance was very long. I’m betting they’ve resolved this already! Great place otherwise — would definitely stay again.
My wife and I stayed here for two nights on our drive home to Canada following a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale.
First impressions were more than favorable.
The townhouse is situated on the edge of the Historic District in Savannah, giving easy access to the area as a whole. From the outside, it looks like something out of a storybook or movie - beautiful!
We are two fit septuagenarians but I would caution those who find steep stairways difficult, especially with luggage. The interior hallways are as charming as the outside facade, but the narrow steep stairs could be a problem for some.
The loft itself is well-represented in the pictures and description on the website. It is small but has eveything you will need for a short-term rental. It is spotlessly clean and represents good value for money.
Our only issue was access to the apartment itself. The door code did not work at the apartment entrance. I called the help line and I was talked through the process, which still did not work. Eventually, I was directed to a lock box with a key, but the code for that did not work either. After trying three different codes at the direction of the service person, I was able to open it and access the loft.
We kept the key and used it while staying there. We placed it back in the lock box as we departed and the end of the rental.
Other than that one small hiccup and the earlier caveats, we had no other issues.
I have no hesitation is recommending this property.
Cutest little apartment ever! The shower is a bit small and we had to figure out the AC but at least they left detailed instuctions.

Very convenient, friendly place to stay
I really appreciated having pretty much everything we needed in one room. The a/c was up to the task, even though the days got very warm during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!
We really enjoyed our stay! The loft was the perfect size for my husband and I, and it had everything we could need for a weekend away. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go, which is a huge plus.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely studio apartment. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we might need. It was conveniently located near the historic area and we walked everywhere. We will definitely stay here again!

Waaay smaller than pictured
Bed was really small double bed, bathroom. Shower and toilet are tiny and too many checking codes
This studio was super cute, a great location, and was well stocked with all of the basics. I would most definitely stay again. I love how the ceiling is painted to look like the sky and I loved the colors and decorations. The only down side is the ceilings are kinda low and the shower is small, neither were a problem for me since I am very short, but were bit a problem for my boyfriend who is 6'6". Overall, the perfect place to stay for a weekend trip.

Moldy, Dusty and unresponsive property manager
Seems like a property that was nice at one point but has NOT been taken care of well.
We got to the rental and my allergies immediately started bothering me. The place was so dusty that anything we moved released dust. The curtains are full of dust and definitely not clean. The windows do not seal so bugs get in and car smells do too. We reached out to the property manager in hopes of getting this resolved but they did not respond to my messages and pictures.
The shower head and shower door were moldy. The bed was very uncomfortable as it feels like it is wrapped in an oversized trash bag. The bathroom has a dehumidifier that it says should be on at all times, but it wasn't even working even though I checked that it was plugged in and that the reservoir was not full of water.
We had a great stay. This little attic space was well decorated and comfortable for being very small. Very soft bed, toilet was difficult to use for my husband (low ceiling), and the kitchen was well stocked (no coffee pods though) but again, very small. Loved that we could bring the dog. The two flights of stairs to get into the room were carpeted so that was easy for the dog! We didn’t have to pay for parking and could walk everywhere we wanted to go (.5-1 mile).

Room was nice, a bit pricy, and customer service was lacking
The room was great, in the perfect area for walking downtown, and parking our car for free.
The bed isn’t a Queen size, like advertised it’s smaller… more like a double/full size. There is no coffee… they don’t tell you that until you get there, can’t find it, then text and ask them… bring your own coffee pods, or buy some before you check in and get settled for the night.
Communication and customer service wasn’t great. I had questions while preparing for my trip, but couldn’t get a response.. through VBRO or their Vacasa app… A couple of days before my trip (when it was too late for answers) I got an email and text. The day of my trip, I got texts from 4 different people, an email and notification in the app.
When I picked the place on VRBO, it seemed reasonably priced. I was rushed, and reserved it without noticing all of the fees and charges they added on,.. increased my stay by about $200 a night, and of course, they don’t offer 100% refunds…
Check out was earlier than I’ve had to check out before (unless you want to pay an additional fee for ‘late checkout’) but the checkout process was pretty simple.
I wouldn’t pick it again, even though it was clean, cute and perfectly situated for walking around Savannah.
