"our room wasn’t ready just quite yet when we got to the hotel but they soon texted to let us know the hotel was ready. The ladies were super sweet and asked what they could do to make our stay better and I asked for more towels and blankets. Came back to the room and they were on the bed for us!"

This was just insane. The bathroom smelled like pee. The non smoking room had a burn mark on the cover. The towels were dingy. The room had a funk. Never again."
