I liked the hostess, when i checked in. She was very nice. What i didn't like was, the room smelled dirty but didnt see bugs. The mattress was okay, could upgrade. The entire room of furniture was really outdated, but we did stay a extra night also. They are dog friendly

Room was affordable and had all my basic needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Made for a relaxing stay. Would go again.

Property is ready for a remodel. Outside area needed cleaned up. Mattresses and AC units need hauled off. Beds were decently comfortable and AC units did work great. Need dead bolt on doors. I loved the Counce, TN area.

The bathtub was black on the bottom of the tub. I went to a dollar store and picked up some bleach and cleaned the bottom of the tub. Won’t be staying there again.

Bed was like a rock.Working 12 hrs a day and could not sleep and back hurt from bed.There was no hot water to take a shower.The owners saud to let it run for a few mins and it would get warm but did not.I stay in motels over 200 nights a year,this was one of the worst in almost 50 years

Spend the extra money on a better hotel

Bathroom wallpaper was coming off the walls there were spider webs in the room there was black mold growing on the walls and the bathroom toilet would not flush and there was a problem with the hot water so I waited three hours to take a shower and after waiting three hows the hot water still did not work and I did not get a refund I got the room for 7 days and I only stayed three nights

Dead bugs and dirt in the coffee pot. TV is on antenna so it was constantly scrambling for service and last had to shave with cold water, hot water finally kicked in 10 minutes after the fact. All in all roughly $30/$40 over priced.

Supposed to be a two night stay. We walked in and within five minutes roaches appeared. We slept with the lights on. Got up the next day and checked out. The wallpaper was falling off the walls roaches were running out from bathroom mirror and outlet covers. The coffee pot had old coffee in it

DON’T DO IT!

Do not book this hotel. Consider yourself warned. Filthy, unkept. Unprofessional owners. It is very much in need of remodeling and is in poor shape. I booked on hotels.com, thinking this was a decent establishment. I checked in, looked at the room which smelled awful, and returned to the check in counter to ask for a refund. They refused a refund and would not even refund me for the next night. I left and booked another hotel which was 30 miles away. I hope this helps another person learn from my experience….and expense!

This motel is old but we have stayed there before, several times. The rooms we had were always large, the air was always cold, and the water was always hot. Other than being dated, there were no complaints. It’s been a couple of years since then and it has changed terribly! The walls were filthy and had not been cleaned in ages. The wallpaper was coming off in countless places. And in the first room we had, the air never really cooled. We were prepared to overlook those things even though we were disappointed in the condition of the facility and of of our room specifically. (Not to mention the small roach that came from behind the torn wallpaper in the bathroom above the shower) Until we came back from a day and night on the water and walking into a room with bugs!!! There were several small bugs on the walls ans 2 IN OUR BED! And while we were checking for other issues and taking pictures, a cockroach came from out of the sink. I called and told them I needed to be moved and they agreed to give us another room. That rooms was in no better condition, however we only saw 1 cockroach and killed it. When I checked out, the nice lady at the desk acted as if there were no way her place would have roaches! She said the last guest in that room has to have brought them in. But regardless, I had to spray my bag and clothes before bringing them in my home for fear of roaches being in my bags. And was not offered a refund of any kind or even a discount for the disgusting environment!

The staff was very rude. There were no towels or wash rags. The beds were dirty. The floors were dirty. The remote did not have batteries in it. Getting the Wi-Fi password was a hassle. They called us an hour and a half before check out to check out.
