"The stay was nice and quiet! The resort amenities were fun but very expensive . The overall hotel and room was musty/dry smelling, I think it was from the carpets. The decor and style is very old and nothing is updated. If you just need a decent place to stay where you aren’t going to spend all your vacation time it will do the job. Staff was pleasant for the most part."
New luxury lodge, 10mile views, on ranch next to Galena Territory, pool, animals
10/10 Excellent
"This is a lovely property for a large group or family reunion. We had a family of 11 for a week. The 8 bedrooms were terrific, all with their own bathrooms. The view and area is spectacular. The walk to the common amenities in the valley could be challenging for some. Host was willing to take us on an ATV. The Galena area in general is beautiful and we had fun in town, zip lining, doing the coasters at the ski hill and just hanging out."
"Be aware if you have AT&T - cell service is kind of spotty in this area. Some in my party had T-Mobile, and that faired better. Great for an "off-grid" situation, but since I'm not from the area, it made looking up stuff and setting directions a bit tricky. That had nothing to do with the a-frame itself though - the cabin was very cute and had everything we needed. Thanks to Haley for being so responsive as well!"
