"Totally disappointing stay. For a 5-star resort, it was awful. The outside pool was not in use, so only indoor pool. The lift had broken so you had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs to get there. The lake view requested was disgusting. It was full of green algae and half empty. Loads of noisy kids running around for hours too. The lobby areas were really tatty as well. The room had no storage, no biscuits for the tea and coffee and the TV didn't have any streaming options. I expect this from a 1 star but this was not adequate for 5 star."

"Don't even bother.... microwave and coffee machine not working, leaking gas water heater system, filthy toilets, broken toilet seats, disgusting toilet brushes, slippery bathtub, hole in the wall in main bedroom, water stains from leakages on walls in all rooms, smelly bedsheets. And this is just a starter - NO ELECTRICITY on 2 occasions. Indifferent management company... Completely ruined holidays... This property should not be rented until all issues are resolved and probably the owners need to think about changing the management company."

"The property was plenty big enough for 5 adults and 1 child, but could do with updating.1. 25% of the light bulbs were not working.2. Sofa getting a bit tired.3. BBQ area was unusable. Cooking grills not been cleaned in ages and nothing to clean it with. Charcoal great broken and the ash removal tray just had a giant hole in it.4. Outdoor shower head was missing.5. Air con unit in the lounge needs fixing.6. Had to go and buy our own bread knife.7. Very bad sewage smell in the master bedroom 3 times during a 5 night stay.Sorry, I hate to be negative, but these are simple fixes."
