"We were welcomed, on arrival by Alex. He was friendly, had suggestions for dinner and he was an awesome representative of Holiday Inn . The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was very good. Best coffee ever !"

"Clean and comfortable. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Nice bar and a very good restaurant. Staff was very professional at all levels. Minor complaint is that the room had things like towels, coffee pot, tissues, etc. . . all stored on bottom shelves just above ground level. I am tall, 6 ft 1. It was difficult to bend down and figure out where everything was and how to make a cup of coffee. I did not like this design. Also, no spare blankets. Otherwise, very nice hotel."

"The room was ok and all, and it was a high quality poker room. The rest of the casino I was disappointed with, and the staff seemed dismissive."

"Staff was friendly, and accommodating. Hotel was undergoing renovations so some amenities I was hoping to use (gym and pool) were unavailable. Rooms were clean but definitely showed some age (but seems they’re updating them all). I was able to easily break into my own room due to gaps in the door jams but the staff was able to relocate me to a more suitable room."
