Very clean throughout, the beds were very comfortable in lovely spacious rooms.The shower was good and the kitchen was very well equipped, we were very relaxed in the quiet surroundings.The only disappointment was parking, which was street parking wherever you could find it (sometimes in the next street) other than that it was very good

Great hidden gem

The house is fabulous, very spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. It’s hidden away with a nice little patio area. It’s only a 3 min walk to the shops and restaurants. David, the owner, answered any questions very quickly and his communication giving details of location and access was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely property - very convenient location

The property was very secure, and very clean, just minutes’ walk from the centre of Saumur. The host, David, was very helpful and communicative. The space was perfect and the kitchen very well equipped.

We liked the area and had no major issues with the property. We found the downstairs loo an inconvenience and the shower room needed a good airing.A few cushions would have been nice. But overall very good value and well equipped. David was very helpful. Would recommend.

Location très agréable !!

Séjour très appréciable. Location propre t soigné en fond de jardin donc calme. Des échanges très cordiaux avec le propriétaire disponible et réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location et n'hésiterai pas à réserver moi-même à nouveau.
