Concernant la cuisine, retrouver les plats authentiques avec une saveur que nous retrouvons que très rarement et à savoir qu'ils sont preparés qu'avec les producteurs des alentours. "Arrivée tardive sur l'établissement, tout était prêt avec ma clé qui m'attendait sur le comptoir, mais pour pouvoir rentrer dasn l'établissement il y avait une porte à code et je n'ai pas eu de message pour me donner le code... Heureusement que mon collègue lui l'avait reçu. Si j'avais été seul je ne serais pas rentré dans l'établissement. c'est sasn doute un oubli malheureux..."
