I really liked this place it was centrally located so close to everything, but not too close to the main walking street that it was noisy. It's close to all the main beaches on this beautiful island. There is a mini mart agout 2 mins walk away. Everything else is within 5-10mins walk.

Nice and safe place to rest for 5 days. Had a garden room on the first floor. Very noisy from road traffic and heavy footed people upstairs. I wore earplugs and I was able to sleep. Super convenient walking to shopping and restaurants.

Good value hotel with pool in centre of island

Pros: Perfectly located in middle of island away from noise, but near walking street and both beaches. Very clean and towels changed daily. Pool was usually empty and great for a swim at the end of each day. Despite it being 31° in the five days that we stayed we did not experience the bad smell outside that others have mentioned on Google. Reception only manned in daytime, not a problem for us, but if you are a needy type, take note. Bed was very comfortable, doubles on ground floor and twins on the first. Bathroom was small but adequate with hot showers at all times. I would recommend getting a pool side/view room as it will not face the road, which is not particularly busy, but motorbikes are noisy. Not really cons, but for a very small outlay, the hotel could be improved. For example, the plastic chairs on the balcony could be replaced by something nicer, a chair could be provided inside so that you could use the desk area, and most annoying of all, coathangers could be provided! Why provide a wardrobe if you do not provide hangers?

This hotel was in a perfect location, a 10 minute walk to all the beaches and steps away from walking street. The hotel was spacious and clean, it had everything we needed. The pool looked a little mucky, but considering how gorgeous the beaches are we didn’t even use it. Just a note incase you are wanting to lounge by the pool.

Good Hotel when in Koh Lipe

In our stay we enjoyed the pool when the weather was bad or when someone got sick. One pro was that we could get an extra bed for the kids. The hotel staff was very helpful specifically when we forgot our keycards in our room in the evening. The hotel is located very near the Walking Street and not far from Sunrise beach. We enjoyed our stay and we will be booking this hotel next vacation also.

Pros: central location - walkable to everywhere, nice staff, pool Cons: not near the beaches (although not a long walk either), have to take your shoes off at entry, bidet very strong and not able to be adjusted, wifi not working

Hotel was clean as no shoes were allowed inside. Location a bit inconvenient as it's about 15mins walk to Walking Street and beaches and parts of the roads maybe flooded or muddy when it rains.. but of course you can hire a tut tut to take you around. Seems like the reception opens till 6.30pm only.
