Clean rooms, great staff. Everyone was super friendly. Easy to get a ride, or 15 min walk to the walking street. Great resort on a very cool little island.

Our garden suite had a gorgeous view of the water. Very clean and comfortable. The north point beach is the best on the island by far. We highly recommend the Mountain Resort.

Great hospitality! Beautiful bungalows. Breakfast was great! Pickup and drop off to and from port. There is a shuttle from 6-10pm to walking street and back. Beautiful location, on the beach, right by North Point beach. Also, kayaks, snorkel, paddle board available for rent. Along with drinks and food available.

Lovely resort. Fantastic swimming pool. Beautiful beach with great snorkelling. Buffet breakfast is varied & plentiful. Friendly staff. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.

1:st time to Lipe

Really nice located at the Sunset Beach. And, yes it’s a hillside so be prepared for that. The breakfast was really nice. Lots of different things to eat.

We stayed for 11 nights. We had a delux garden room. The room was basic but clean and tidy. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great. The view from the room of the sunset was amazing. The hotel breakfast was great with a large choice for everyone. The view from the breakfast area is exceptional. The beach is beautiful white sand a clear waters. The pick up from the ferry and shuttle to walking street worked really well. Value for money it was a great hotel in a stunning location we will definitely return.

Great Hospitality

The room is spacious and clean. Great breakfast with lots of varieties. The beach was clean and water is very clear. Hotel provide shuttle service for port transfer, to walking street. Wonderful service for our stay and experience, definitely will come back again. It is situated at mountain hill, expected mosquito, spraying with mosquito repellent qill solve the problem.

Great breakfast, wonderful and amazing staff! The View was outstanding! The shuttle always took us and we’re always on time. That entire staff worked hard to make a great time! The bed was a bit hard, but they brought in a mattress topper to help. Def would go back, soon!

Although it's a lot of mosquitoes but still worth to stay at here, apply thick lotion to avoid it. The Beach nearby is amazing, the cafe near the beach and the breakfast provided are delicious ....Bed is comfortable, and the water @ bath room is big enough for a rain shower... The resort has four 4dogs, husky named "Jing", and other two small dogs named Vodka and Whiskey.. hope to meet them again..

Really lovely stay above the best beach!

Fabulous location overlooking the bay and Ko Adang, especially when having breakfast at the restaurant, with the best beach down flight of steps. Lovely big guest room and bathroom. Great choice at breakfast and super coffee, though annoying to be in lengthy queue for coffee machine. Appreciated shuttle to and from Pattaya beach for ferry, and to Walking Street in evening. Lovely idea to have a basket with bottles of water and coffee supplies delivered early in morning. Super friendly staff.

Great location but a hotel out of shape

The hotel is in rather bad condition. Everything seemed a bit old and not very cozy atmosphere in the hotel rooms with only cold grey colors. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. In general you are paying for the location as we were only footsteps away from the beach, which was quite nice.

Nice hotel, really well located right next to a beautiful beach. There is a shuttle bus that goes back and forth to walking street in the evening but it is also a reasonably short walk if you ware able or taxi for 50 baht per person. The bungalows were peaceful and nice to sit out on and the pool was really quiet and fab place to relax for a day. The breakfast is amazing but be warned they are very strict on not taking away. The beach is maybe a little resorty for my taste and also bars and food very expensive for Thailand, but still very beautiful and you can walk along to a bit more laid back area. Ko Lipe is worth a visit as it is so beautiful but probably a little small for all the people that are visiting. Price of tourisim i'm sorry to say. Maybe slightly off season may be better.

Good location, a bit rundown

Good location at north beach and close to the popular Zodiac bar. Nice pool area. Breakfast has many options, but very few western options. 70-80% of breakfast are Asian options which few western people eat. They have a shuttle service from 6-10PM, which is good. Rooms are a bit worn with broken furniture and walls covered with spots. Mostly dead mosquitos. Bathroom had ants all over. Bathroom never cleaned in 10 days stay more than sprayed with a hose. Daily cleaning always forgot either towels, refill toilet paper etc. Their own restaurant by the beach served food with chunks of hair in it. When complaining suddenly no one understood English. Don’t overpay for this stay. Simply not worth more than THB3-4.000 per night.

Comfortable with great views ..

Excellent , friendly and helpful staff throughout the resort - some have limited English but it’s Thailand ! Room was comfortable enough with an excellent bed (best of our multi stay trip by far) and super efficient air conditioning. Fixtures and fitting of the room were tired with a toilet seat on its last legs and a sink tap that was hanging on for dear life. Water pressure was good and toiletries , towels etc that were provided were very good . Due to the proliferation of water around the resort we had difficulties with mosquitoes in the bathroom - despite there being screens on the window they managed to get in somehow - potentially through the drains - bring repellent. Good extensive breakfast with excellent coffee and even better views . Beach is wonderful with ample deckchairs and the snorkelling is spectacular just off the beach with no need for a boat trip..Pay for a sea view and you can look at it any time you want! Pool was beautiful with plenty of beds (not that we used it because of the beach) Shuttle bus in the evening to Walking Street runs every 15 mins from 6pm to 10pm and is a brilliant service . Only real word of warning would be that the resort would be difficult for anyone with walking issues - the clue is in the name - lots of steps …

The room is good but the bathroom is really basic and would benefit from an upgrade. It is a quiet beach and place but it is a good walk, uphill from the main street. Not much shadow so can be chalenging in a hot day. But the view for the breakfast was amazing. And so many choices, fruit, bread and pastry, eggs or omelet on demand, several curry and asian breakfast. A lot of stairs to get to the beach too but amazin place to chill. Not a great spot for snorkeling. If its your thing, go on the beach right in front of idilyc concept resort. Best spot on the iland.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this place. However we have few observations, variety of breakfast selection but we noticed that it doesn't have a taste. Also, would recommend property management to put privacy on the bathroom windows.
