It is perfect for a peaceful and safe family vacation.

The owners respect your privacy but are available for any eventuality.

The space
The 100 m2 villa is built on three levels. It includes a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms (one on the third level and two on the ground floor), a laundry room, a bathroom and/or toilet on each level, and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is available (for a surcharge if used).
It can accommodate up to nine people in full beds. Two cots and a high chair are available for young families with small children.
The house is fully equipped for a hassle-free stay.
Air conditioning, a swimming pool, and a children's play area with a playhouse offer that extra something special to make your vacation more comfortable and different.

The swimming pool is shared between the two owners. It is open from April 1st to November 1st, starting at 10:00 AM. Pool dimensions: 10m x 5m (depth 1m to 1.40m).

Other things to keep in mind for additional information:
The double beds can be divided into two single beds: Nine single beds in total, or three double beds and three single beds.
Payment of the municipal tourist tax for each person over 12 years of age for a maximum of 5 days (€1.50/person/day).
A security deposit of €300.00 is required upon arrival and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure after an inspection of the property.
THE POOL IS UNSUPERVISED. Guests agree to supervise their children and are solely responsible for any accidents.
If used, a supplement for the heat pump/air conditioning will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of the stay (currently €0.53/kW).
A good and obedient puppy dog currently lives around the owners' home.
