Ude området er fint, dog er terassen meget lille
Pros: Hyggelig stue, velfungerende køkken med spiseplads

Cons: Huset bliver meget varmt at sove i når aircondition ikke er tilgængelig.
Der er myrer i køkkenet, hvilket ikke er så lækkert, så mere bekæmpelse af disse, både inde og ude.
