"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...

"In n We had a wonderful one-night stay here while traveling to Spain. The apartment is located in a charming small village, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the evening. The house itself is beautiful, and we highly recommend it!"

"Malgré l'accueil plutôt agréable du personnel, nous devons quand même souligner que l'hôtel et plutôt vieillissant, les meubles sont tous abîmés, le bac à douche petit et avec rideau. Et le matin au petit déjeuner pas de plats chauds, c'est juste bon sans plus et les parties restaurant et pièces communes pas chauffées.Bref plutôt déçu au vu du tarif, et en ayant vu plutôt de bons avis. C'est plutôt propre."

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au Moulin de Bacchus. Les hôtes sont d'une très grande gentillesse, le petit déjeuner top, les conseils avisés. Le lieu est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses. Je ne peux que recommander ce lieu ! Nous reviendrons assurément."
