"Great breakfast with lots of options and good pricing. Easy check in and check out"

"We were in a renovated room which was very nice. The only comment on the room would be that they should put in a small table and another chair (for eating, playing cards). There was a lot of wasted space in the room. Staff were very helpful and check in was very good. We had indoor parking included so that was nice. The restaurant has also been renovated, however they have put in too many seating areas for 6 people and not enough for 2-4 people. Hence, couples are put in the large seating areas taking up table space that was designed for 6."

"Complementary breakfast was scrambled eggs and protein/pancakes not a huge variety. Main issue was we had originally booked a room two months in advance. They said there was no rooms available when we went to check in squeezed a family of four into one king-size bed as that's all they had available but went down the next day and said they had tons of rooms available When we checked out very poor staff communication. They don't seem to know what they are doing and no management on shift for the three days we were there..."

"My stay here was brief, but the property was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding as usual for Holiday Inn Express properties"

"It was just good all around, kids loved the pool. They got us early check in to work with our schedule so that was appreciated."

"Hotel parking was full so had to park on street. Staff were slow to attend to desk, or just away on break. Noisy partiers carried on a few times in the night. It’s a character hotel and some trim on stairnose has come off, needs maintenance. Downtown location is convenient for events. We’ve stayed here before and you have to consider the area and not leave anything in your car overnight. Would give it another try if I need a room in the area."
