"The entire room was coated in something sticky (nightstands, floor, counters, door handles etc). We used the room only to change for the waterpark.. The room also said it would sleep 3, yet they couldn't provide a cot. We DID NOT stay the night, its very uncomfortable in the room."

Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Saskatoon
"No breakfast in Victoria Day, in fact no restaurant service at all on the holiday. In room amenities limited to coffee and coffee whitener - no tea! Had to ask for room to be serviced and request for extra towels wasn't fulfilled. Towels in room are small and thin."
