"All is great, beautiful views over looking the lake, except room upkeep needs abit of attention , for example tea and coffee supplies were not replenished and the cleaning wasn't thorough. Other than that all was great."

"I checked in to two fully wet rooms - almost flipped in the floor and had to clean everything. The ac didn’t work. The dishwasher was broken inside without all the pieces. The shower flooded twice.
