"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. "The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow...

"部屋が約12畳以上もあり、ゆっくりとくつろげた。 トイレ、洗面所、お風呂も一緒ではなかったので良かったです。 大浴場は最高でした。さすが、嬉野温泉です。 チェックインの時、QRコードの説明が分からず、ドアがオープン出来ず…近くにいた別の宿泊の方と協力して開けました。(機械にうといからでしょうけど…) "
