  • Ideal for a family holiday, enjoy the beach on foot. This beautiful bright and independent house is completely renovated.

    It has a plot of 1000m2 and is situated in a quiet closed ideal for families.

    On the ground floor entrance with closet, large living room of 35m2, a fully equipped kitchen. A large room, which can also serve as a second living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a large laundry room with dryer and washing machine. All rooms overlooking the garden without vis-à-vis.

    Upstairs 3 large bedrooms, including a child's room that communicates with two additional sleeping spaces. A shower and a toilet.

A lovely house. A joy to stay there. Had everything we needed. Comfy beds, fantastic facilities, lovely crockery and a well equipped kitchen. Will certainly recommend it.

Great Location in France

We are a family of five and had two amazing weeks in this house. The garden is huge with plenty staff for the kids (trampoline, swing) and we enjoyed sunny days there. The kitchen and everything is well equipped. And even a lot of toys for the kids are available.

La maison est très charmante et correspond bien à la description. C'est trés agreable d'avoir la mer aussi proche pour aller se balader ou se baigner. Le contact avec la conciergerie est très facile également.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette jolie maison chaleureuse et pleine de vie à quelques pas de la mer.La maison est bien équipée en cuisine, mais aussi riche de jeux et livres. L'arrivée et le départ étaient fluides. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Les.plus: maison agreable, numineuse, assez bien equipee notament en vaisselleLes moins: maison assez sonore entre les pieces, des petits defauts d'entretiens (serrure, etat des volets, defaut de fonctionnement de certaines prises, sac poubelle à l'arrivee, tapis de sol dans la salle de bain) qui donnent une sensation de maison un peu "cheap" par rapport au prix ,c'est dommage Un petit cahier avec des informations pratiques ( commerce, poubelle...), touristiques ameliorerait sans doute l'arrivee dans la maison

tres bon week end familial dans une maison tres bien située ; maison fonctionnelle, exterieur bien, notre seul bemol c'est le fait que le logement n'était pas propre à notre arrivée. 2 heures de ménage pour enlever les araignées , la poussiere, et j'en passe et pour aérer le logement qui à notre avis n'avait pas été ouvert ni visité depuis longtemps. Dommage car néanmoins nous nous y sommes plut. et je conseillerais malgré tout ce logement.

Nouvel an entre amis avec enfants

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour le nouvel an dans cette agréable maison de Sarzeau très bien équipée. Nous avons notamment apprécié d'avoir une cuisine très bien fournie, et des jeux pour les enfants. Nous étions 6 adultes, et 6 enfants (2 bébés, et 4 enfants de 2 à 5 ans). Il est notamment appréciable d'avoir un salon suffisamment grand et une grande table pour recevoir tous les convives. La communication a été très fluide.
