Mobile home fitted out as follows: - Kitchen open to living room/living room - Bedroom with 140x190 bed + private bathroom with shower and WC - Independent WC - Bathroom with shower - Two bedrooms with two 80x190 beds in each Terrace of 24m² including 16.5m² covered with dining table, deckchairs and barbecue. A private parking space. Rental on the same property as the owner's main residence (56G24074) as well as rentals 56G24045 and 56G24075. Appreciated by all for its long sandy beaches, Sarzeau is one of the most coveted seaside resorts in southern Morbihan. Here, a change of scenery is guaranteed, less than 30 minutes from Vannes! Bordered to the north by the Gulf of Morbihan, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, and to the south by the Atlantic Ocean, Sarzeau combines charms on both sides. The cottage is ideally located in the small authentic village of Banastère by the sea, and close to the Penerff river. To visit: Vannes and its ramparts, Arzon and Saint Gildas de Rhuys. Welcome to Sarzeau in this vacation rental for 4 people located 200m from the beach!
