Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa and armchairs, perfect for your moments of relaxation. The kitchen, open to the living space and well equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker are also at your disposal. You can share your meals indoors, or you can also enjoy the table set up on the terrace.



On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed with access to its en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 2: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 3: equipped with two single beds

Bedroom 4: equipped with two bunk beds



Another bathroom as well as an outdoor shower complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. You will be able to park up to two vehicles on the private parking of the rental.

The days are marked by the tides and Breton weather, whose microclimate will never cease to amaze you. With the tides, you will find spots for hand-fishing to bring back prawns, winkles and cockles. And if your basket remains empty, the markets of the Rhuys peninsula and local produce will be sure to remedy that! In season, every Monday the market is within reach as it is directly on Saint-Jacques Harbour just a few metres from the house, and Thursday morning in Sarzeau.
