"Like many oarts of La Spezia the surrounding area is not well maintained for parks, gardens and walkways. The unit itself is comfortable but the toilet/bathroom is a bit cramped. You need to be able to walk or catch the bus to get to more central areas. For us it was good 👍 "

"L'appartamento è piccolino ma carino nel suo complesso, presenta 2 camere e 1 soggiorno con cucina ben arredati, la zona cucina e il bagno andrebbero riviste un pochino perchè datati soprattutto la doccia. Presenza di condizionatori ma a Settembre preferirei poter tener le finestre aperte e godermi l'aria di mare, impossibile per mancanza delle zanzariere che metterei almeno in bagno e nelle camere. La vista è molto piacevole le finestre sembrano quadri, per chi ama il mare un toccasana. Quindi...
