Located in Sarzana, a beautiful medieval village, Villa Gardenia - Private Garden offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. It is situated in the countryside, 500 metres from the train and bus stations and 700 metres from the city centre. The 150 m² property consists of a living room with 2 double sofa beds, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. This holiday home features a private outdoor area with a garden, both open and covered terraces, and a barbecue. Public transport is easily accessible on foot. Nearby, you can visit the Cinque Terre (34 km), the marble quarries (25 km), and Viareggio (43 km). Five parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed. Casa molto bella, stanza ben arredata e ottima negli accessori, posizionata in sito ben circondato da supermercati e ristoranti, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.La casa, ha un bellissimo giardino di 1000mq, ben curato con una bellissima veranda.La casa è curata e accessoriata di tutto, lavatrice,lavastoviglie un camino e in giardino con un barbecue.Consigliato a famiglie e gruppi di amici.La proprietà è stata molto attenta nel seguici nel nostro soggiorno.Pulizia ottima .Strategica per gli spostamenti, vicino alle cinque terre, Lerici Tellaro e naturalmente alla Versilia.La consumo a tutti.
