Located in a privileged position, surrounded by chestnut, cherry and olive trees, the villa also has an organic vegetable garden.
The entire villa has an MP3 player in every room, as well as a professional digital alarm system and 2 large safes.
Externally we find a pool, a magnificent BEACH VOLLEY field and in the basement a gym and a sauna.

The interior of the building is a large living room with an antique stone fireplace and wooden ceiling ceiling, perfectly equipped with a 55 "TV and home theater, whose color scheme harmoniously integrates with the twentieth century style and the traditional Tuscan stone and terracotta floor.
