It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen - 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160x200 cm each - 1 Small room with 2 bunk beds - Bathroom/WC - Shower room/WC Access to the beach by 500m of path 2 additional people accepted at the rate of 110€/person/week with sleeping in bunk beds - Private enclosed land of 100 m² with sea view and maquis - Terrace - Barbeque - Teak garden furniture - Deckchairs - Store - Shared swimming pool (19x6 metres), open from 01/04 to 31/10, secured by a protective barrier, with paddling pool (opening hours 9am-10pm). Access to the pool is only permitted to the persons specified in the rental contract. - Playground for children and petanque ground - Parking equipped with two electric charging stations - Air conditioner - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Filter and capsule coffee maker - Freezer - Television - WiFI 500m from the beaches, holiday cottage located in a residence with swimming pool
