Villa “Casa Vacanze Elena” with Garden, Terrace & Pool

The villa “Casa Vacanze Elena” is located in Perd'e Sali and is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The charming house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with one double bed and one single bed each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include fans, a fireplace, a washing machine, a television and a high chair. In your private fenced outdoor area you will find a garden, a covered terrace, a pool (open from 1st May to 31st October), an outdoor shower and a grill. A hammock also invites you to unwind with a good book while the comfortable sun loungers are perfect for sunning yourself on warm days. During the winter you can also curl up on front of the fireplace with a hot chocolate. In a 3-minute drive you will reach a selection of restaurants and the closest supermarket. Take a drive to the beautiful marina in Perd'e Sali, also a 3-minute drive or 2.1 km away, or spend the day at the beach Spiaggia di Porto Columbu (a 5-minute drive or 2.6 km away). Furthermore, Cagliari airport can be reached in 33 minutes by car (37.6 km).

Casa Konemann

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem grossen Garten mit vielen Pflanzen. Es hat eine schöne Veranda und auch im Garten einen Sitzplatz und eher einen kleineren Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist jedoch eher älter und teilweise auch kaputt. In dieser Umgebung hat es sehr viele Mücken. Leider haben die Fenster keine Mückengitter, weshalb in Ruhe schlafen schwierig war. Selbst die Mückenstecker haben nicht viel gebracht. Beim Haus leben auch Katzen, welche natürlich auch versuchen ins Haus zu gelangen. Für Katzenliebhaber weniger ein Problem, für Allergiker vielleicht schon, denn sie setzen sich überall hin. Uns haben sie aber nicht gross gestört. Die Besitzer kommen täglich vorbei, um sie zu füttern und die Pflanzen zu giessen. Der Vermieter übernimmt sogar das Entsorgen des Abfalles. Toll ist auch der Tischtennis-Tisch - gute Bälle selber mitbringen, denn man bekommt sie im Laden kaum.
