"This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely little town built around thermal spas. The six of us had three rooms : ours was spacious and lovely. Our friends who had booked a suite were not able to check in until late afternoon since their room was not ready. She went out of her way to make our stay more difficult than it needed to be and was constantly quoting regulations and insurance policies to justify her lack of customer service. Considering we were there for a wedding and booked almost the entire hotel, I feel she could have been much more welcoming."
