"Unhygienic and dirty. The bathroom had wet yellow urine spilled on toilet and the previous occupants toiletries were still there. The bed had so many stains and when we removed the blanket there was mud and dirt inside. They did not clean the sheets after the previous occupants. "Hotel au budget interesant mais vieillissant, les vitres de la chambre du 16ème étage n'ont probablement pas été nettoyées depuis la construction du bâtiment, les peintures sont fatiguées. L'emplacement est assez loin du centre ville et à cause du trafic et de l'absence de trottoirs, il est dangereux de s'aventurer dehors pour dîner le soir toujours prendre un taxi ou grab. Très satisfait du roof top et de la piscine du 19ème étage avec une belle vue. La carte des boissons et des plats...
