Alles war einwandfrei!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Zimmer waren gut aufgeteilt und es hatte genügend Platz für 10 Personen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend platz zum gemeinsamen kochen. Der Pool ist super um gemeinsame Ballspiele zu machen oder sich einfach nur abzukühlen. Er war ausserdem sehr sauber.

Zeer goed ingerichte vakantiewoning. De woning van 1926 is respectvol gerenoveerd tot een niveau beantwoordend aan modern comfort. Elke slaapkamer heeft een volwaardige ensuite badkamer. Alle ruimtes zijn voorzien van airco. Er is geen eindafrekening elektriciteit (is incluis).Groot mooi zuiver zwembad. Mooie Engelse tuin.Goed en vlot contact met zeer sympathieke eigenaar.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Von dem Empfang bei der Ankunft durch den Hausbesitzer R., bis hin zur Verabschiedung lief alles reibungslos. Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allen möglichen Geräten. Wlan Qualität war für webinare super ausreichend. Können die Unterkunft anstandslos weiterempfehlen. Kleiner Tipp für Eltern mit Kleinkindern: Babyphone nicht vergessen und eine Schwimmweste um am Pool rumzuflitzen ist auch nicht schlecht, denn das Anwesen ist riesig und man kann unmöglich überall gleichzeitig sein. :-)

Gepflegtes und geräumiges Haus mit sehr schönem Umschwung und Pool. Netter Vermieter, spricht gut Englisch. Wirklich empfehlenswerter Ort. Reisetipps: Sehr gutes Essen nur ca. 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt: Agriturisma Montecalduano. Tolle Gastgeber. Gute kleine Bäckerei in Sarezzano. Grosser Markt am Samstag in Allesandria.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal dort...

Wir waren zum zweiten mal dort und waren erneut total begeistert. Sehr ruhige Lage, toller Pool, schönes Haus mit ausgesuchtem Mobiliar. Der Besitzer ist unverändert kompetent, auskunftsfreudig und freundlich. Wir wollen wiederkommen. Reisetipps: Die Hügellandschaft um Tortona ist sehr schön, aber zumindest in Deutschland kaum bekannt. Tipps: Tortona zum Einkaufen, Alessandria für den kleinen Ausflug, eine gute Stunde bis Genua und dann ein Genießer–Tagesausflug in die Langhe rund um Alba.

Sehr freundliche und auskunfts...

Sehr freundliche und auskunftsfreudige (englisch) Vermieter. In der Küche alles ausreichend vorhanden, im Haus alles technisch auf aktuellem Niveau. Toplage mit Blick auf Sarezzano. Einkaufen in Tortona einige große Supermärkte. Outlet in geringer Entfernung zu empfehlen. Reisetipps: Fahrt nach Mailand bis Parkhaus (sehr günstig), dann mit U–Bahn ins Zentrum.Fahrt nach Genua Parkhaus (sehr günstig) direkt am alten Hafen.

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute La...

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Sämtliche Fenster hatten zudem Mückennetze. Der Besitzer hat bei unsere Ankunft alles sehr freundlich und ausgiebig erklärt und auch viele gute Tips für die Umgebung ausgesprochen. Was uns nicht so besonders gefallen hat: Der Weg aus dem Haus zum Pool ist doch eher umständlich und wenn man Geschirr und Essen für die Familie aus der Küche zum überdachten Essplatz bringen will, gleicht das schnell einem Hindernislauf. Uns war es eindeutig zu umständlich. Im Wohnzimmer wären ein zweites Sofa oder zumindest weitere Sessel schön gewesen. Am Pool gab es sehr hochwertige, massive Liegen aus Metall. Als Auflagen waren aber nur dünne Yogamatten vorhanden welche absolut unkomfortabel waren. Wir waren mit drei Kindern unterwegs. Sie konnten im hellen Souterrainzimmer spielen oder auch einmal eine DVD schauen. Zusätzlich zu den allgemeinen Nebenkosten für 9 Personen (270Euro) fielen für Strom und Gas nochmals 230 Euro an. Die Klimaanlage hatten wir nicht benutzt. Reisetipps: Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und für Rennradfahrer eine tolle Herausforderung. Tortona hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Eine wahre Wohltatzu den überfüllten Städten der Toskana welche wir in früheren Jahren besucht haben.
