"I love this hotel. For a solo traveler, this was so helpful to me. It was close to everything esp to Piazza de Ferrari. Everything is walking distance and the hotel is like 5 star, very spacious and comfortable esp the pillows. I had a wonderful sleep as I go around town. Bonus: MINI Bar is free! The only hotel that serves FREE minibar of all the countries 58 of them, I’ve been!"

"I hate to mention the air-conditioning, but the air-conditioning was wonderful!!!! I was on the first floor room 120!!!! it was very hot in Genoa and when I came back to the room, the room was still cold. The staff was great, including the young woman in the breakfast bar. She was very attentive. I did give five stars but a little bit better on how to find the place once you walk into the building would be nice. Again, it didn’t take from the stars. Great location! Great shower! And great bed!….. and did I mention the air-conditioning?!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and staying in a historic building gave the hotel some character. However, parking was quite inconvenient. It cost €35 per day, and the parking facility was located several hundred metres away from the hotel, which made arriving with luggage more difficult than expected. Overall, the room itself was fine, but the parking situation could definitely be improved."
