"Här är det självhushåll som gäller.. även diskmedel får du införskaffa själv. Lite campingkänsla men med lägenheter. Området jättebra, känns tryggt och rent. Nära till stranden, fina gångstråk. Men när det inte är säsong blir utbudet av restauranger avsevärt liten, ett par mataffär finns i grannstaden Murarvera. Blir lite "dött" i området."

Toutefois comme c'est neuf, il manque encore quelques équipements (la laverie n'est pas encore opérationnelle, quelques ustensiles pour la cuisine) La piscine est belle et surveillée. "We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. We parked the car at the train station. I suggest you get a monthly pass if you stay more than 5 days. We will book again on our next trip to...

"The property is nice with three good sized bedrooms. Where it lets itself down is the furnishing and the lack of basics. There is a cooker but no kettle. Boiling water in a pan isn’t ideal especially when there are no oven gloves to lift the pan. It’s needs lounge furniture on the roof top if it is to be used. We were disappointed that we had to buy simple things like hand soap and kitchen paper. If the owners put some thought into what guests need it would be a lovely property but it felt...
