"My stay here was Excellent. Great value for money Superb staff especially the restaurant manager and reception but a big Thank you to all the team. . Rooms were comfortable, Excellent aircon . Very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was excellent . Very good selection fresh daily Swimming pool also Excellent superb tempreture Restaurant staff. Efficient and friendly Menu very good prices . I can recommend this hotel 100%"

"Nice and quiet location, but they were lack of staff especially for the spa. Every time I had to ask to start the Thermal water to hear up the pool which was bit embarrassing. Breakfast was good and fresh open buffet, staff was good and kind."

"Very pleased with the service and what you get for your money. The room and bathroom were super clean, and the breakfast was so delicious and all you can eat buffet with a good variety of fresh fruits, veggies, cereal, protein, dairy and even soup! It would have been nice to have the “filtre kahve” option instead of the Nescafé machine but all good. But again, the price you pay for this hotel is very convenient compared to all other options in the region. Most hotels in the city center are overpriced and far from clean. We walked for 3 hours visiting hotels before booking and Grand Turkuaz is by far the best option in the price range. "

"Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again."
