"The location was perfect if you’re taking a flight out of Sarajevo. The park across the street is well maintained and the restaurant at izvor bosne is fantastic. There are other restaurants in the area and if you need something quick that is also available in the area. "

"This hotel was lovely! My suite overlooked the back terrace and the mosque/old city. While it was a bit loud at night, the view was so beautiful, I didn't mind at all. The complementary breakfast was amazing, and the spa treatments were wonderful. Cena, the aesthetician, was so nice and friendly. The location is perfect for walking to almost anywhere in the city. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!"
"Lovely clean property throughout, rooms comfortable, we had a twin room and plenty of room and storage, bathroom with good shower. no bar or restaurant at property (but plenty of places to eat close by), Breakfast nothing special although nothing wrong either.
Great location, walking distance to old town, restaurants shops very close.
Overall nice clean property."
"Finding the hotel by car is easy, part of the building is 15 floors high and the Ibis logo at the top. Good reception, lobby has swings in it for seats and the odd theme is carried out further in the room with the decor being a blackened end to the room looking as if it has not been painted or is being repaired. Possible reference to the resurgence after the civil war? The room was very clean. The car park is behind the hotel and can be crowded when functions are on. The hotel also has coach parties who seem to be catered for in the lower section of the hotel. We were on the 11th floor of the tower block with great views of the surrounding mountains. Restaurant was huge for breakfast and food choice very large. Good location for visiting the old town. Public car parks are close to the old town."
"Very clean hotel, fantastic location. Very clean with lots of natural sunlight with great views. It’s across the street from the old town. Also a 5-10 minute walk from other attractions. I originally stayed at a hotel about a 15 minute drive and finding taxis can be challenging so I switched to the Ornament and I’m so happy I did. The staff at the Ornament Hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends."
"The host was extremely welcoming and kind. He offered recommendations of where to eat and gave lots of background and general information about the city. The accommodation was clean, safe and very convenient."
