Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, simple breakfast. Super comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Only thing to note is the seriously steep road leading up to the hotel. Definitely recommend.

Great little hotel. Tucked away into a quiet neighbourhood but 5 minute walk from everything. Rooms very clean and staff were kind and attentive. Awesome breakfast included as well.

Really nice hotel.

Very clean and comfortable, it's up a steep hill but if go up the next street to the long steps, its not too bad. Breakfast was very nice. Omelette and fried eggs, cheese and meat, cereal and yoghurt. Coffee, juice and toast.

Enjoyed the hotel. Very neat, clean, and comfortable. Excellent location in the old city. Narrow roads up a hill, but the hotel has a parking lot for a reasonable 5euro per night.

Great boutique hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Access a little hard with the hill but great for steps. Only suggestion would be to have a full size mirror in the room and access to HDMI port. Only one english channel available. Overall would recomend, great property.

First of all i should receive one full day refund because Air-condition was not working for both days. I have in writing from their Air-condition repair guy name james that Air-condition is not working at all. Lady at the counter was mean about accomodating vegetarian breakfast. Please check it with hotel and give me refund if one day out of 2 days charges.

Requested 1st floor, received 3rd and I arrived before all others. Staff isn't trained in customer service, was told to take my bags and come back; but they advertise that you can drop off luggage. Staff talks amongst themselves while allegedly servicing you, very rude. Sheets had blood stain, towels are too thin, cliset door was broken so we couldnt use closet, and mold/mildew was on bottom of bathroom door (both sides)

Book with Caution.

A modern hotel in a quiet area to the south east of the Old Town. Well located, however it does lie at the top of a moderately steep cobbled road, so it would not be suitable for someone with mobility problems without a vehicle. The hotel itself presents well, however there are clear issues with ongoing maintenance which is impacting the finished product. We reported to reception that the door handle to the bathroom was broken, there was no plug for the sink, the towel rail was broken and the front door didn’t engage in the lock, so the room couldn’t actually be locked. None of these things were addressed with the exception of the plug for the sink as we did go down and they took us to another room to take one from there. The cleaning was not to standard with long black hairs in the bathroom and wardrobe which were not either of ours. Housekeeping was not everyday, you just get a change of towels, which is unusual for a 4* hotel. We requested additional pillows as there was only one very soft pillow per person, however these were not available on day one and on day 2 we were given a scatter cushion in a pillowcase. Not ideal. However, the absolute worst part of the experience was the noise. As it is a quiet location the noise came from the other guests in the hotel- which I fully appreciate the hotel cannot be held responsible for, however they can be responsible for where guests are placed and assigned rooms. The air conditioning worked superbly! Very powerful!
