This is our 2nd stay and I cannot recommend it enough. All staff from management, reception staff , pool staff , restaurant staff and housekeeper staff were amazing and a credit to the hotel. They all made our stay exceptional and we will be booking our next stay very soon. Thank you to you all .

I rated it 3 stars if I could I would give it 3 and a half. Activities at the pool were so so and not nearly enough. The swim up bar could not make frozen drinks which it being over 100° every day I think should have been a must. If I wanted a frozen drink I had to get out the pool. The bartenders even admitted about some supplies they didn't have. The hotel did not have a ATM to get money I had to walk next door. Not really close enough to go shopping or eat out.

"There were ants in the room, shower use to start late (after 5 mins) once turn on the knob, and serious issue with the AC. Maintenance staff use to take around 20 - 30 mins to arrive for support. If you are vegan and vegetarian not enough choice + problem with smell of non-vegetarian food."
