Extended our stay

We extended our stay by another day. The hotel was good, spent half a day next to the pool, enjoyed a mocktail and had a nice meal. The King size beds are just right and room service quick and efficient.

The receptionist (I forgot his name :'( ) and Karlo offered us exceptional service. They arranged the room and complimented us in celebrating our wedding anniversary with their complimentary cake and allowed us to check out late at a very short notice. Pleasureable city resort stay.

Very good stay. Room: 9/10. The bed was comfortable and chairs made the stay better. Bathroom on the smaller side but no universal plug next to the bed which causes issues with charging overnight. Good WIFI. Resort: 10/10 Beautiful and well maintained, large pool and comfortable seatings around the pool. Nice gym available. Restaurant on site but only ordered once so can not comment on it. Service: 9/10

The room is clean and the facility is good for sleeping. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the sound from other rooms (slightly). Also room doors shutting was somewhat annoying. In total it was a pleasant stay if you want to go around RAK and want a good sleep.

Housekeeping!!

We checked in me and my daughters around midnight after a family evening party. The reason for our stay is to get somewhere close to the party hall we checked in with Mahmoud who was so welcoming very accommodating and nice. He accommodates us with a smile and the check in was quick for our rooms. Unfortunately, room service was very limited and not available after mid night we checked into the room which was spacious but hygiene and cleaning in the hotel need to be reconsidered since it was really poor. Most of the room area was dusty, linen was not cleaned due to many spots same with the furniture. Toilet has limited amenities and need better cleaning check out was simple and quick

Not a 4-star hotel

The hotel may be 4 stars, but facilities, customer service, and accommodating attitude were completely like a 3 star hotel or lower. They made the room but didn't vaccum or refill any toiletteries. We came from a swim and only 2 people could shower, with the very little shampoo and shower gel we could pump out. We asked for that and bedroom slippers at least 6 times before only partial toiletteries were sent to us. We had to call several times to ask them to come vacuum the room. The breakfast spread is decent. But dinner spread was minimal. If you can dine only on salads and appetisers, you'll be good. There were no main course options. We were celebrating a birthday and were very disappointed with our 2 night stay.
