新規オープンのスタジオルームとの記載があったが、実際は非常に古い住居ビル内の部屋で内部も掲載の写真とは明らかに異なる（同じ部屋の写真とは思えない）。夜遅いチェックインで滞在時間も短かったので大きな問題は無かったが、心地よい滞在とはとても言えなかった。
