Great experience with a larger than expected room! Very clean and comfortable. The check in process is rather strange having to call the "front desk" and fill out our own forms was a bit of a process as well. Overall had a great time here though.

Amazing

really surprising hotel, really comfortable to stay. The check in is a bit hard when you never use a self checking like them. Also the address is really hard to find, on google first time was hard and second time, the taxis driver could find it, better to double check from your hotel, will be easier for other costumers.

家族5人で宿泊してエキストラベッドもちゃんと入れて5人用の寝床を用意してもらえてました。外国ではなかなかそのようなサービスがなかったので、日本らしい素敵だと思いました。

宿泊施設は部屋がとても広く清潔感もありました。シャワーの水圧も強くて良かったです。車で行ったのですがコインパーキングが1番近くても5分程歩く、コンビニが近くに無いが残念ポイントでした。

O atendimento para o checking é via tablet, bem como qualquer tipo de suporte que precise. Chegamos umas 15h numa neve e frio intenso e só nos deixaram entrar no quarto exatamente às 16h. O prédio é meio esquecido e os hóspedes fazem o que querem. É muito barulho e algazarra. Numa noite tivemos que descer para falar com o atendente do tablet e reclamar. Não há limpeza, recolhimento do lixo e nem troca de roupa de cama e banho, independente do tempo da hospedagem. O hotel é longe dos centros de entretenimento e compras, cerca de 30 min andando na neve. O quarto era confortável e grande e as camas também. Isso foi o que salvou.

施設的にはオシャレで、寝具やシャワーも申し分ないです！ シャワーは天井からのシャワー、打たせ湯機能もあり、手元シャワーもあり、浴槽がなくても問題ないです。 ベッドの他にゆったりとしたソファもあり、家族5人でしたが、広々でした。 TVも壁掛けだったので、小さい子がいても、フロアが広くて良かったです！ コスパもよいです。 駐車場が3〜4分のところに有料でありましたが、提携やもう少し近いと、より嬉しいかなとおもいました。

ベッドの下から、スリッパが何個か出て来た。 おそらく、前泊者のでしょうか？ 数部屋まとめて予約したが、１つの部屋にペットボトルの水がなかった。 でも、居心地も良く、ゆっくりできたのでよかった。

ファミリー部屋に3泊しました。素泊り派には部屋も広くオシャレで札幌駅からも近く、道路を挟んだ向かいが北大なので緑もあり、静かで快適でした。ホテル並みのサービスはなく、電子鍵のトラブルはありましたが、スカイプのサポートで解決しました
